520 Point Competitive Armies
With the GenCon main event this year allowing 520 point armies, I thought this thread was in order. I'll start it off with a few of mine:

Sgt. Drake Alexander 2.0 - 170
4th Mass x5 - 350

Total = 520, 21 hexes

Gladiatrons x3 - 240
Blastatrons x2 - 120
Major Q10 - 150
Isamu - 10

Total = 520, 23 hexes

Major Q9 - 180
Raelin - 80
Deathreavers x2 - 80
Marro Stingers x3 - 180

Total = 520, 20 hexes, EWWWWWWWWWW!!

Ulginesh - 150
Emirroon - 80
Jorhdawn - 100
Admiral Arkmer - 50

Total = 520, 8 hexes

It's kind of a weird point total but whatever. I'll bet we see a lot of Q9 and Sujoah armies maybe even together.

Anyone in the Chicago area that's been to an HS Game Day that I've hosted at my brother's house in Hoffman Estates, knows I like 520 point armies; since that's the point total I've been using for these events for the last couple of years.

I should dig up battle reports on 520 point armies that have been used at these events and post them here. I'll be back...

Well, it's been two hours since the points were announced. Some of the armies I'd been thinking of for awhile because the Tree Town Open was 530 points. 'KRS-Won TTO' is the army that spider used to win it, although he had Isamu for the last 10 points.

How about substituting Zetacron for the MW & Isamu? Your first moves will be with the rats, not the MW. As far as clean-up units, that's what the vampires are for.

Unimaginative? I can imagine this army winning the tournament. Only I'd substitute Raelin (defense) & Marcu (filler) for the Krav, since you'll be shooting with the stingers the whole time anyway.
