Character Bio - 4-LOM was an ambitious protocol droid who overwrote his own programming in order to embark on a life of crime. A LOM-series droid, 4-LOM's first assignment was aboard a luxury liner named the Kuari Princess, where he served as a translator between the vessel's wealthy passengers and its computer. He found this work to be mundane and undemanding, and soon 4-LOM began to steal from the passengers. Eventually, he left the Kuari Princess for good, becoming an expert thief and information broker. Jabba the Hutt altered his programming further, turning 4-LOM into a highly successful bounty hunter. Jabba paired 4-LOM with another bounty hunter named Zuckuss, and together they claimed several high-profile bounties for the Hutt Cartel. Although 4-LOM had initially only partnered with Zuckuss in order to learn the Gand's intuitive findsman abilities, the two bonded, and the droid stayed loyal to Zuckuss for years to come. Zuckuss and 4-LOM eventually found themselves on board the Super Star Destroyer Executor, where Darth Vader tasked them to find and capture Han Solo.

At the start of the game, you may choose a Bounty Hunter you control to be 4-LOM's Partner. The Bounty of 4-LOM's Partner is also considered to be 4-LOM's Bounty. After revealing an Order Marker on his Partner's card and taking a turn with his Partner, you may take an immediate turn with 4-LOM. When 4-LOM attacks his Bounty with a normal attack, add 1 die to his attack.

W-90 CONCUSSION RIFLE SPECIAL ATTACK
Range 9. Attack 4.
Subtract one hit from this attack for each blank rolled. If at least 2 skulls are rolled against a small or medium defending figure that is not destroyed, move the defending figure one space, if possible. Figures moved by this special attack may not be moved closer to 4-LOM and never take leaving engagement attacks.

One f only two Bounty Hunters to end their pt cost in a "5", 4-LOM pairs well with Zuckuss. 4-LOM a nice offensive force to have as Zuckuss distracts his opponents with his annoying defensive powers.

If I roll 2 skulls and two blanks for the special attack do I still move the defending figure? Whats the difference between a skull and a hit in the wording for the attack?

Yes, you would still move the defending figure.

Skulls are skulls. Hits are the amount of possible damage you can do to the opponent. Like:

Why does Partner Up include Bounty and specify that his partner must be his bounty? I don't know a whole lot about 4-LOM....

His partner's bounty is his bounty as well.

4-LOM chooses Zuckuss as his Partner. Zuckuss then chooses Han Solo as his Bounty. Now Han Solo is also 4-LOM's Bounty.

Also, the reason for the partnership was the fact that 4-LOM often teamed up with Bounty Hunters (most notably Zuckuss, hence the reason they both end in 5pts). Wooliepedia says that the two had formed a close relationship together.
