We have a couple of mirror problems here. For starters, Multi-Bomb could potentially allow you to collect all Cyber-Bombs in a game:

MULTI-BOMBS
Start the game with 2 Glyphs of Cyber-Bomb on this card. Before moving, you may place a Cyber-Bomb from this card power-side up on any empty space within 4 spaces of Cyrax. After a Cyber-Bomb is destroyed, place it on this card. There can never be more than 2 Cyber-Bombs on this card at a time.

And Self-Destruct Sequence would destroy Cyber-Bombs placed by other Cyrax (i.e. another player's Cyrax) or ones that started on the battlefield:

SELF-DESTRUCT SEQUENCE
When Cyrax is destroyed, each figure adjacent to Cyrax receives 1 wound, and all Cyber-Bombs on the battlefield that started the game on this card are immediately destroyed.

Or maybe:

SELF-DESTRUCT SEQUENCE
When Cyrax is destroyed, each figure adjacent to Cyrax receives 1 wound, and immediately destroy all Cyber-Bombs on the battlefield that started the game on this card immediately destroyed.

Unless that's wanted.

The Multi-Bombs catch is a good one, but I think we decided the potential mirror funkiness in Self-Destruct Sequence was okay, rather than invoking too much of a memory mechanic.

It does feel like a very comic booky "Cyraxes of two worlds!" thing for them to set off each other's Cyber-Bombs. (Makes me want to watch Endgame again...)

I will get nitpicky and point out that you want "2 Cyber-Bombs" rather than "2 Cyber-Bomb" though.
