If I place a 4-figure squad, can I place two of them in one area and the other two in a completely different area?

Last day to sign up will be 10/30. Matchups come out Monday, 10/31.

I am pretty lenient about scheduling, especially since this encompasses some holidays if the 2 weeks isn't good enough.
