Re: Movies: What did You Watch Last Night?
Weezer did a cover of the power ballad for the credits, yeah. Panic at the Disco covered another great song for the credits as well.

Re: Movies: What did You Watch Last Night?
Rewatching A Muppet Christmas Carol on Disney+, and while I know that the song was cut a while ago from all releases (I believe DVD release is when it started), it affects so much with "The Love is Gone" cut from the movie. Wish Disney would put it back in (since it's in the extras, although poorer quality).

Yeah, I agree it's so much better with it cut.

Wait, I'm confused, I said I wanted the song back in. Think we're on different pages here (unless I'm somehow misreading what you're saying).

Oh, looks like I misread you. I guess we're on opposite sides on this one. Anyway, it's an excellent film!

1917
Go see this movie! Some of the best cinematography I have ever seen. My eyes were rarely on the main characters as I tried to take this brilliant setting they created. |

Re: Movies: What did You Watch Last Night?
I've missed both Midway and 1917 so far, since they just didn't play near me. So I'll catch them whenever; I'm sure both are worth watching. Its not like the old days where you had to wait years to see a flic you missed.

Re: Movies: What did You Watch Last Night?
I liked Midway more than 1917, 1917 was still worth seeing on the big screen though. Surprised no theater in NY City is showing 1917, it just came out nationwide on Jan. 11th and it's getting awards buzz.
