1)since about wave six

2)Yes. Overextend is useful with any amount of life (except 1) because it gives you that extra turn you need to grab the glyph or kill the unit or whatever else you might need to do

Can you not just trust me when i say i recieved a misprint? Is the trust of our viewers so bad that our "community" can't even take ones word at exactly what it is? Or, perhaps its the memory/eyesight of a few viewers that cannot read his own card.
