about the conan custom

If no one knows of one that already exists, does anyone here know how to make a conan custom figure?

That would be really cool, and I would pay you for it.

If not, oh well, but I wanted to ask.

For the figure itself the easiest thing to do would be get a Hero Quest barbarian and paint it to look like Conan.

There was a Conan custom that popped up on ebay a while back (with misleading info in the title like wave 8 or something) that was basically Taelord sans wings and painted a lighter skin shade. I wasn't crazy about the paint job, but otherwise it didn't look too bad.
