Spoiler Alert!

The Avengers have a ton of offense, with She-Hulk bonding with Thor every turn. Plus She-Hulk carried up Black Widow early on with her leap, so there’s backup prepared in case either falls. Batman falls to Thor early. The Avengers then go after Zatanna to eliminate her defensive bonus, while the Justice League tries to kill She-Hulk while taking a few autowounds from Thor. She-Hulk uses Objection to stop Zatanna from moving away. Hawkgirl kills She-Hulk.

The Justice League whittles away at Thor while all of them take heavy damage from Thor and Widow. Thor finally falls to a 4-wound Wonder Woman. Black Widow takes out Zatanna. Wonder Woman kills Black Widow, and Wasp gets one-shot by a lucky roll from Wonder Woman.


Who won? List figures remaining in the winning army (include life remaining for heroes): Wonder Woman (4 wounds), Green Arrow (3 wounds) win.

She-Hulk created a crazy amount of offense by bonding with Thor, but she’s a huge target because of that and fell quickly. Very close finish, this game could have gone either way.

Again She-Hulk is a priority target here, but she allows her team to have exceptional offensive presence early on. Ultraman and Superwoman inflict a few wounds on She-Hulk, but Vision provides some extra shields, and She-Hulk uses Objection to stop Ultraman from taking a turn.

The Avengers take out Superwoman then Ultraman thanks to a couple good attacks. Owlman manages to take out Vision with his Calculated Defense, then She-Hulk takes Owlman out. Grid tries to kill She-Hulk, but he has to get through Quicksilver first, and he can’t manage it.


Who won? List figures remaining in the winning army (include life remaining for heroes): She-Hulk (6 wounds), Quicksilver (1 wound), Wasp (0 wounds) win.

Rough match for the Crime Syndicate here. They struggled to compete against the efficiency and adaptability of the Avengers.

THOUGHTS ON THE TESTED UNIT'S COST, BALANCE, & DRAFTABILITY: Fun design, very much an offensive powerhouse but she’s got some solid support abilities in turn shutdown and carrying a friendly figure up 8 spaces. Nice to get some different & new Avengers on the battlefield.

I think you could safely bump her 10-20 points, as she felt pretty strong to me for her cost. Though in reality She-Hulk’s cost is adding 160 points to get Wasp (who isn’t a great figure), and She-Hulk requires some allies to draw fire off of her to get the most out of her design. So it’s tricky to get an intuitive feel for her cost, and I think she’s in the right ballpark at lease.

@Arch-vile any suggestion on cost? I’m ok with 370 with all games considered(lots of close games, and not more wins than losses), but if you feel she could come up, I’d also be ok with 10 points if need be.

She’s gone 5-7 total, 3-3 if you only count after the Objection change, 1 win which was due to the Waller pairing that won’t be legal with the clarified wording. I also agree on the Wasp point pairing need, and she also needs a bit of protection to not get taken out too soon.
