Only real change is making Glide Strike during Transition instead of while moving.

Only real question is if we think we should add in flying. Would definitely be an upgrade but probably not too potent of one, but would make it easier to set up a Glide Strike.

Is he able to fly? I thought he could just glide short distances, which is what the second ability was representing? At most, maybe let him glide to a space that's 3 levels above or below his base?

No factions for this guy, it seems, unless Sinister Sixteen appearance is enough to get him Sinister Six tagging.

Hmm, that up or down is a pretty neat idea actually and is a pretty minor change too.

He's a Crime Lord. they have options I think. Not sure I'd personally include him in Sin 6. But I also think of him mostly as a Daredevil guy but that could be due to one story.

Owl is primarily a Daredevil villain, Count Nefaria helps his blank power so he should be good in Maggia builds

He can't actually fly, but can glide in a ridiculous manner where he can essentially begin maniacally hovering toward someone whenever in a quick burst.

Updating to just make Glide Strike any 3 spaces instead of needing to be lower. That seems like it covers that thematic ground well.

Couple optional wording updates.

For Retractable Talons, I like calling out Owl in the second bit so it's clear it doesn't mean how many blanks the defender has.

For Glide Strike, the 1.0 card has it only work the rest of Owl's turn (which is activation in 2.0). Totally cool if we want a mechanical change or just prefer the shorter wording of turn, I just want to make sure that's intentional. I would also ditch the "on any empty space" - if he wants to land on an Item or Hazard that's fine IMO.
