I believe that's all the friendly figure powers that can be activated by out-of-turn movement like Cyclops's.

• A: Yes. Archangel may use Razor Wing Slash any time he can use his Flying special power.

I worded it in this manner to make sure not to allow it to activate when Archangel is forcibly moved, say by Magneto. I don't think it was the intent to have RWS to be used in this case.
