We could EASILY justify 30 of them.
C3G can be played with official Heroscape, but it's not recommended.

I will never admit anything about you to Arkham. I'd prefer to let him make up his own mind.

We do need more Arkham maps, though ....

True story, I checked. It is in her contract. Ironically we added a clause that Tony Stark must always have more designs so that's why she had to do another Iron Man. So be careful how many Bruce Waynes we do. She's only got so much material left for Iron Men. And she actually hates Tony...again it's just in her contract.
Would I want it to be everything I love...sure...but that's just not realistic so I'm going to focus on finding things that will make me unhappy and work on fixing those.

For ease-of-access when shopping for figures while keeping with official product names, I've figured out a way of listing promo/con exclusive figures that should eliminate any potential confusion over which figure to use.
For this unit, the listing should be as below:
