Thanks for looking, guys.
Stick the suction cup to a water tile and it serves as a base to move the tentacle on the mat. That worked for me.

The maw takes a bit of effort to get it off safely.

Wish I had building instructions to share. And no the monks wouldn't, nor would double space figures, as it only takes them a couple turns to charge over the little islands to the other side (did this with Me-Burq-Sa in one game and tied up the opponent while the rest of his army made for the bridge).

Noticed I forgot to show glyph placement. One glyphs was placed on each of the low points of the small islands. And one one either end of the bridge, straight between the tree and ruin, on the edge of the map (not in the water). There was also a place for one between each waterfall and the small trees, and one on the "back" side of the big islands.

About 2. I have one of the MS boxes filled with grass terrain, so it's easier to transport just that one box and still make decent maps. I couldn't give you an exact count, though.

Mini-Garden is pretty "t3h rox0rz lol" as the kids would say. Once again, you have exceptional glyph placement, turning areas that wouldn't be touched into very important locations.

Thank you kind sir. There was a thread a while ago about better glyph placement. I've been putting it into practice on all my maps and I must say it works!

Wish I would've remembered to put the glyphs on the lexan island map, too, for the pictures.

As a side note, all the VS maps I've put up so far I've created IRL first. I can't make good maps in VS alone, and my spontaneous maps of late have been pretty good if I do say so myself.
