Proxies for HS Figs

Do you ever substitute other figs for HS figs. I am not talking about temporary proxies before you actually get the figs, but permanent proxies because you just like the other figs better with no plan to buy the HS figs.

The only unit I have ever considered this for were the female elves from wave 5. They just did not look like elves to me. I haven't done it, but I considered it.

And if you have what figs did you use.

I usually do this with my customs and repaints. I commonly use my Zomified Krug in place of regular Krug and my Ninja Mods in place of the Krav,

My mind is the Pink Zippo that sits on top of a pack of Camel Wides.

I use a Mage Knight Frost wolf for the leader of the Annubian Wolves

I haven't, and I don't think I have looked for other figures to replace the ones made. My mind associates these things with pictures, if I were to change them, it would throw stuff up in the air. Ah well, could still be cool if I found something that was just better than made officially.

Not a bad idea.

You could always make new cards with the figure you chose and just give it the same stats.
