Re: The Book Of Klaw - Breathing
Out of the Fearsome Foursome, Paibok is probably most likely to be on someone’s radar.

Re: The Book Of Klaw - Breathing
Ah, I actually care more about the Frightful Four, now that I looked the two up. Basically the Wizard/Paste Pot Pete connection.
Being a Criminal makes him viable for Lethal Legion as well, which is great. C3G can be played with official Heroscape, but it's not recommended.

Re: The Book Of Klaw - Breathing
If the OM hog requirement is keeping him from thematic builds, maybe that's what needs to be removed/minimized? I'd imagine a new FF Wizard might also be an OM hub. ( I think Ronin had a draft for that.)

Re: The Book Of Klaw - Breathing
Honestly, thematically it should be a pretty passive thing, and with 3 Life, he's pretty glass-jawed if you're not careful. Could probably just do it without the restriction, like so:
BODY OF SOUND Once per round, if Klaw would be destroyed by receiving wounds, he instead takes no damage. At the end of the round, you may remove all Wound Markers from this card. C3G can be played with official Heroscape, but it's not recommended.

Re: The Book Of Klaw - Breathing
This guy also always strikes me as the kind of baddie that is destroyed at the end of every story, but always comes back. Could be worth considering a completely different take, maybe something like Doctor Manhattan?

Re: The Book Of Klaw - Breathing
Truly heartbroken that I didn't get more rep...
Just kidding, I've been maxed out for a while now. I'm just running up the score at this point. |

Re: The Book Of Klaw - Breathing
I like
@IAmBatman
idea for Body of Sound. If people think its' OP could something like this work?
Raise life back to 4 Body of Sound Once per round, if Klaw would be destroyed by receiving wounds, he instead takes no damage. If Klaw is attacked but takes no damage you may place a "sound" Marker on his card to a max of 3(2?). At the end of the round you may remove up to 3(2?) "sound" markers, for each marker removed you may remove a wound marker from this card. He has the ability to absorb attacks/energy and use it for attacks or healing. This power could reflect some of that. |
