Questions
So first off, I am new to heroscapes site, so where would i be able to post my RPG stuff for HS? and second what thread/forum where i can possibly find scapers in my area?

Probably "Other Customizations and Heroscape Additions" would be a good sub-forum for your RPG stuff.
For scapers in your area, there's a sub-forum called "Meet Other Scapers" and one called "Events" that would both be good places to look.
