Yeah, I was thinking about Skull, but not until after I had these games mapped out. Definitely something I'd like to see in further testing.

I remember Conan being a bit of an individual powerhouse in testing, but his teams would still lose or barely win with no one else contributing much. I think he did something crazy like 600 points of damage in one game, yet his team lost. Some units are just like that, they can become a terror, but it leaves the rest of the team vulnerable and easy to pick off. I haven't heard any competitive concerns about him since he was released at 200 points years ago. That being said, Venom just might not be worth 250 points here. The last game where Batman had a crazy finish to win the game was fairly encouraging you weren't too far off though. Maybe try 235 or 240 going forward. If you really want him to hit 250 though, I'll have to think a bit about tweaks that won't make his individual performance even stronger.

A quick thought here. Someone like a full life Wolverine would actually want to attack someone next to him. If you decide to roll that unblockable, and it results in a wound, he gets to attack again. Not sure if it's relevant for testing, but an interaction to be mindful of either way.

Yeah, I'd be reluctant to beef him up any. He's already kind of a challenge for lower level guys to take on, and he's streamlined. Not a lot of fatty text I'm looking to cut. I'm kinda inclined to just press on ahead and let the points fall where they may.

You could go with 235 or 245 just to mix it up and show they are more lone wolves types.
