Sorry in my sleep deprived state I haven't read through the entire thread, but is there a specific reason why POWER OF 1,000,000 SUNS & THE VOID aren't one power?
I ask because POWER OF 1,000,000 SUNS as it's own power is stupid. But yes I understand that when you read the whole card it makes sense hence my question above. POWER OF 1,000,000 SUNS
When Sentry attacks, you may add 5 to his Attack Number. After using this special power, roll the 20-sided die. If you roll 7 or less, choose an opponent. Remove all Order Markers from this card and give this card to the chosen opponent. That opponent now controls this card and Sentry. |

Mostly because I thought it gave the card clarity.
Also because The Void doesn't give him his power; rather it is schizophrenic alter ego that tends to emerge when he uses his power. |

Ran the heavy hitters and one squad test (which I'll post tomorrow). He's feeling like 380-90 to me, but it's hard to say without getting the full affect of his treason in an Army Test.
He went against 4 squads of Hawkmen and killed 3 squads so I'm not overly concerned about his survivability there. We'll see how he does against Skrulls next. |

Ok this guy is clearly struggling against squads. I've played him twice against Skrulls x4 (I reckon Skrulls are worth more like 100 without a champion) and he's only taken out half of them before going down.
I don't really want him to get the option of double attack because he's already deadly effective against heroes... What I'm considering is allowing the additional option of instead of adding 5 dice, allowing his attack to affect all adjacent figures. This will make more sense thematically if I add 'Exploding' to the power name, which is really the phrase anyway. I left out Exploding for the sake of brevity. So the power would look like this: POWER OF 1,000,000 EXPLODING SUNS Before attacking with Sentry, you may choose to either add 5 to his Attack Number, or have all adjacent figures be affected by Sentry's attack. Affected figures roll defense dice separately. After attacking with this special power, roll the 20-sided die. If you roll a 7 or less, choose an opponent. Remove all Order Markers from this card and give this card to the chosen opponent. That opponent now controls Sentry. |
