Re: What's for dinner?
Last night I made some chili with hatch chilis, pork, and kidney beans, cornbread (and an egg free one for my girlfriend) and topped it off with some extra hot sauce and a sunny side egg. Also planning my Halloween feast!

Re: What's for dinner?
There really is nothing like soup for recovering from illness (COVID sucks, do not recommend). We made minestrone soup stuffed to the brim with vegetables: onion, carrot, celery, tomatoes, cabbage, baby zucchini, white beans, and kale. Lots of garlic and fresh herbs (rosemary and thyme), with just a bit of bacon and pasta to round it out, all served with toasted sourdough bread and butter. I've had a bowl every night for the past few days, garnished with parmesan cheese, olive oil, and fresh parsley, and it gets better with each passing day.
