Rereading Astonishing X-men, so I decided to write up Danger. I've come up with two powers (one is a modified power), but I know it needs work. The figure would probably be a slightly modified and painted Jocasta.

PROGRAMMED RESTRICTIONS
When a figure attacked by Danger would be removed from the board, it is instead kept on the board with one wound marker left (help with wording here? I am not sure how to word her being unable to kill the X-men due to her programming preventing her).

ADAPTIVE TACTICS (Modified Close Combat, when fighting against the X-men she defends against their powers and attacks with generated shields and knocks several out while using her weapons that she generates).
When attacking an opponent's adjacent figure with a normal attack, add one automatic skull to whatever is rolled. When defending against an attack from an adjacent figure, add one automatic shield to whatever is rolled.

SUPERSTRENGTH (I'd say she kind of possesses it, but I can understand if it is not included)

I'd drop the first power too. 0 life in C3G can mean they are knocked out rather then dead.

Its model number and name are #025 / Anti-Venom.

I love Anti Venom! Would you consider changing Lethal Protector to friendly figures instead of citizens, I think it would be more effective that way. Although if you were trying to give the citizen faction a little more meat, then forget about it.

Yikes! I should have looked closer at his base stats. 7 attack out of turn, would be terrifying! Maybe it you could just roll an unblockable attack die instead?

I didn't want to make it too general. Partially because Eddie thinks of himself as a "protector of the innocent" type and isn't likely to lend just anyone a hand, and partially because I didn't want to write another generalist defensive ability. This one probably wouldn't be too bad, since it requires the target to be destroyed, but it's still territory I'd rather not dabble in.

D'oh! That actually occurred to me while I was writing it, so I scrapped that version. Then promptly typed the exact same thing up again. The miracle of goldfish memory. I'll have to give that a tweak.

I like it. I agree that the out-of-turn attack needs to be changed, but everything else feels right.

If you want to open up the Lethal Protector you could probably go with Common figures, or even Common Humans. Not necessarily "innocent" but close enough.

Common Humans would probably be best. I can't see zombies or aliens as "the innocent".
