Round 1: Captain America-boosted Mockingbird takes out Black Canary while Black Canary & Oliver Queen are unable to do a thing.

Round 2: Oliver puts 3 wounds on Mockingbird. Captain America puts 2 wounds on Connor Hawke. Oliver misses. Onomatopoeia moves up. Connor wounds Captain America. Onomatopoeia kills Connor Hawke.

Round 3: Oliver only manages 2 wounds on Captain America. Onomatopoeia manages 3 wounds on Oliver.

Round 4: Oliver wounds Captain America, then Cap kills Oliver. Speedy kills Cap. Onomatopoeia wounds Speedy then is blocked.

Round 5: Onomatopoeia kills Speedy.

Black Canary did literally nothing here which doomed the archer army.

Round 1: The Mutants move up, as does Star-Lord. Onomatopoeia, boosted by Star-Lord, puts 4 wounds onto Silver Samurai. Silver Samurai puts 2 wounds on Star-Lord then Blink adds another 2 wounds and blinks him towards Professor X. Mantis takes out Silver Samurai.

Round 2: Nightcrawler wounds Groot & Mantis. Onomatopoeia attacks Blink but is blocked. Groot puts 2 wounds on Blink. Nightcrawler kills Groot then Blink wounds Mantis, blinking her back to her start zone. Onomatopoeia kills Blink. Nightcrawler kills Star-Lord.

Round 3: Onomatopoeia attacks Professor X, who uses the X to block. Nightcrawler puts 4 wounds on Onomatopoeia. Onomatopoeia disengages Nightcrawler and shoots at Professor X from height, killing him in two shots. Nightcrawler kills Onomatopoeia.

Round 4: Nightcrawler takes out Mantis. I thought Nightcrawler 1 was supposed to be bad!

Taking attack down to 3 and points down to 160. I don’t think this change is especially needed for balance purposes, but Onomatopoeia’s attack value with height and/or boosters like Cap/Star-Lord has just felt too strong to me. Additionally, having 3 base attack means Pow! will actually have relevance, as it’s not come up so far.

Round 3: Black Manta fails hard, only inflicting a wound on Tim before being taken down.

Onomatopoeia is a lot weaker now but he felt better. Pow! was attempted once and he’s still a decent threat against figures without super strength.

Round 2: Flash takes out Onomatopoeia (lost OM1). Flash then puts 3 wounds on Black Manta. Black Manta kills Flash. Green Arrow takes out Black Manta.

THOUGHTS ON THE TESTED UNIT'S COST, BALANCE, & DRAFTABILITY: Felt really good after reducing the attack to 3 and points to 160. He’s very much a “prey on the weak” type figure which is super thematic. I’m comfortable sending him to public playtesting.
