Awesome, I'd love to see Mileena!
Everyone in MK has some kinda range, it just depends how justifiable it is (a Hollywood actor throwing green energy balls). In this case it's best represented by her throwing her sai, Kitana also has 4 so it's totally precedented.
I might go 4 attack/3 defense since her attacks are more fierce and she's part Tarkatan. She would also defend less since she's often busy brutalizing the enemy, plus it'd be a nice inverse of Kitana.

For Namorita, you could always go with something like Water Mastery or Water Vitality / Ocean Vitality? Don't know the character but I dig the design. Condensing niche abilities like those into one is a good idea.

Thank you! Mileena's always had a range attack from what I remember, one of her signature moves is Soaring Sai.

4 attack/3 defense I can get behind, emphasise her more savage side. Maybe limiting her double attack to the same figure too. Thank you!

ROLLING THUNDER 13
Once per player turn, Mileena may use her Rolling Thunder at any point before or during her normal move. If you do, you must first subtract 3 from Mileena’s movement. Her Rolling Thunder has a move of 3. After moving with Rolling Thunder, you may roll the 20-sided die for any figure Mileena moved through with this special power, one at a time. If you roll 13 or higher, that figure receives 1 wound, and until the start of your next turn, that figure cannot move and rolls 1 fewer defense die.

CANNIBAL CRAVING
If Mileena destroys an adjacent figure other than an Android or a destructible object with her normal attack, you may remove 1 Wound Marker from this card. If the destroyed figure was a Unique Hero or Event Hero, you may take one additional turn with Mileena.
SSA is the same as Katana's Bladerunner:

IMO, that's a bit too plain jane for Mileena. I'd focus more on attacking the same figure multiple times, to play up her viciousness/savagery.

Rolling Thunder feels like its doing too much for what it is. I'd pare down to 1 effect you want it to accomplish within the idea of her using it to combo, much like the other MK designs, and go from there.

Cannibal Craving is good, but I'd drop some of the unnecessary limitation on it.

To give you a rough idea:

CANNIBAL CRAVING
If Mileena destroys an adjacent figure other than an Android or a destructible object with her attack, you may remove 2 Wound Markers from this card and take one additional turn with Mileena.
This sets up a combo effect. You try to roll through an opponent's figure to wound them. The more wounded they are, the better her SA gets. The SA sees her honing in on the same figure to try and destroy them, thus setting up her CC to trigger. All specials working hand-in-hand together is always a +.

Really like that, thanks Arkham! Love how it all combos together, and it's a lot more cohesive.

Cannibal Craving is recycled from Wendigo and Venom (Mac), as it seemed like a good fit. I'm up for a different name to accommodate a variation of it though.

Could go with Tarkatan Feast for potential re-use on Baraka. Or could go with one of her Fatality names like Tasty Treat or Man Eater.

Any reason for healing 2 wounds over one?
That may actually be worth destroying your own figures for healing purposes which is sort of cool.

Not really no, other than healing 1 wound on a destroyed figure not triggering very often I'd imagine. The main reason for the alteration was to remove the "normal" qualification on the attack, so she can use her SA to trigger it as well. 1 or 2 wounds would be just whatever works best with the rest of the design. 3 Def. and 5 Life for example, would probably work better with 2 being healed since she's gonna be pretty fragile.

Start the game with the Glyph of Teleportation Belt on this card. After revealing an Order Marker on the card of another Mercenary or Mutant figure you control, before taking a turn with that figure, you may take an immediate turn with Deadpool and you may not take any additional turns with other figures other than that Mercenary or Mutant. During this turn, if Deadpool attacks and does not inflict at least one wound on an enemy figure, your player turn immediately ends.

MERC WITH A MOUTH
Enemy figures attacking Deadpool with a normal attack count all blanks rolled as skulls. After rolling defense dice for Deadpool against an opponent's attack, if he does not receive any wounds, the attacking figure receives a wound for each blank Deadpool rolled.

”AH CRAP, I REALLY NEEDED THOSE”
Deadpool must subtract 1 from his Move and Range numbers for each Wound Marker on this card. Instead of moving normally with Deadpool, you may roll 1 combat die for each Wound Marker on this card. For each shield rolled, remove a Wound Marker from this card.

Just going to let you know now that that version of Merc with a Mouth is never going to fly. Removing that many Order Markers automatically every round and also affecting Event Heroes is completely broken. Engaged Godzilla and continue to win initiative, Deadpool never needs to move so he can keep healing and removing OMs till Godzilla is dead and there's very little the opponent can do.

Really like where the other two powers landed. For Merc with a Mouth, something more similar to what Spider-Man (Avengers) does would probably be more fun and balanced.
