Just played Man-Bat here for the first time since the 2.0 change, and the Evasive Flying 2.0 version is too much for his point value and stats.

Avoiding an attack on 1+ shields is better than the Flash's 1+ blanks. And he has higher life to boot. So something has to give in that regard. I believe it was said this change to Evasive Flying was done originally with Vampirella? May want to look at her as well?

At any rate, I think we should lower Man-Bat's Defense to 3 at the very least.

Makes sense. Let's get that back in there then. But I would like one tweak, in that I'd like the movement aspect to be always usable.

Works for me. And, yeah, that's way too powerful without the non-adjacency bit!
C3G can be played with official Heroscape, but it's not recommended.
