Ah, good call. Yeah, that lessens his value quite a bit. Blocked in Star-Lord builds and goes down with his host.
C3G can be played with official Heroscape, but it's not recommended.

I'd probably try a Cap/Merlyn/Robot build to try to maximize him on your own hero, and another focused on carrying/podding him over and using him to take out an Order Marker hub/key figure. But, yeah, those limits are all solid ones. Probably more 200ish, then, or less, since the 5 Life don't matter much if you just kill his host.

Yeah, I wasn't sure whether that technically counted. It's optional, too; you could just leave him in there. Might look a bit weird for Venom just cruising around the battlefield in the containment thing, but it'd let you also use him as set-dressing or a DO if you wanted.

Alrighty, SP updated.

Some minor wording tweaks, but the only mechanical changes were adding the restriction against choosing the same Host twice, and dropping Venom's name/personality being bestowed on the Host. (I liked that for flavor, but we've got a long card going here and the no-double-host restriction made it a hair longer, so I think it makes sense to let that go)

Let's send him to initial.
