That actually isn't even a new rule. It is in the Rulebooks about how DOs can be targeted for attacks and special powers just like figures are.

All we really did is remove a redundancy ... no reason to reprint anything if you've already printed him.
C3G can be played with official Heroscape, but it's not recommended.

Uploaded newest compilation with Fantastic Four, Public Exclusives 3, Submariner, and all cards updated since release. Please let me know if I have any errors or missing items. I separated out the Glyph and Destructible Objects so it wasn't redundant if you download mini and comic backgrounds.
