Navy Blue Angels in Memphis, TN
Just went to catch the Blue Angels at a local airshow and as always, they were spectacular! This is the third time I've caught the Angels here in Memphis and if you've seen them or the Air Force Thunderbirds, then you know what I'm talking about. If you haven't, check em out online and find a show you can get to. No one should go through life without seeing what the finest professional fighter pilots in the world can do with a modern jet fighter. WOW! Here are a few samples of what's in store for you:
 The Angels' C-130 transport does a jet assisted take off in a length of 5 football fields.  The diamond formation at 400 knots, as only the Blue Angles can.  The 4 ship formation splits off into individual rolls.  The Canadian Snowbirds were also in attendance. The planes are not quite as flashy or high performance as their American Navy and Air Force counter parts. But they were every bit as awesome to watch!  The Snowbirds fly a 9 plane squadron compared to the Blue angels 6. This allows they to build really dramatic formations like this flair. The Code: Let the strong protect the weak. Let the weak revere the strong. In all things uphold honor, charity, and justice. And may fear have no place in the hearts of men.
