Re: C3G Strategy Discussion - Namor
Granted I don't have a huge amount of time playing him but I've never felt he was too map dependent. Sure he's hugely better on water. But a 6 life, 6 move, 6 attack, and 6 defense figure isn't bad for 250.
Would I want it to be everything I love...sure...but that's just not realistic so I'm going to focus on finding things that will make me unhappy and work on fixing those. |

Re: C3G Strategy Discussion - Namor
He’s pretty capable IMO. I used him in a PT a few weeks ago and was impressed. His synergies aren’t too great, but his powers and stats let him fight above his cost well.

Re: C3G Strategy Discussion - Batman (Terry McGinnis)
Nothing too over the top or flashy. Decent so a 2/C from me.

I've never had good luck with Terry. He's cheap, but nothing special offensively or defensively.

Re: C3G Strategy Discussion - Batman (Terry McGinnis)
He needs an old man Bruce (with/without the battle suit)
Terry's version of Ace the Great Dane etc as well as some of his rouges for a mini army. Would I want it to be everything I love...sure...but that's just not realistic so I'm going to focus on finding things that will make me unhappy and work on fixing those. |

Re: C3G Strategy Discussion - Batman (Terry McGinnis)
Flying isn't that exciting without range and there are better uses for the X Marker. Not a go to for me due to theme.
I'd go 2/C+. He's fine, just not world-shaking. C3G can be played with official Heroscape, but it's not recommended.

Re: C3G Strategy Discussion - Batman (Terry McGinnis)
His first and third powers are both pretty solid, but he doesn't have enough pop on offense to really get excited about.

I’d love to see a design for Blight. I just did a radiation hero with Positron, maybe I’ll keep the ball rolling

He has a Clix. I'm all for it.

Re: C3G Strategy Discussion - Batman (Terry McGinnis)
I like to draft Terry as just a 150 point filler anytime I'm not already needing the X somewhere else. I think he's pretty solid for such a low points investment, but I don't try to build a vigilante faction around him when I use him and maybe that's why he seems to play better for me. The 1st & 3rd powers really combo well to keep him fairly safe until needed. Then the second power give you some flexibility when attacking. I understand why the X reveal requirement is there, otherwise you could bond with him and stay in stealth mode, still it really hurts his army building options now the X is used for so many different powers. We've brainstormed some ideas for an Old Man Bruce that would make him better, hopefully he gets made at some point. 3 stars

Re: C3G Strategy Discussion - Batman (Terry McGinnis)
I don't think I'd ever take him as a 150 point filler over Green Arrow (I).
