We haven't done general wars in a while. We could even do what GenCon has been doing and do combinations of generals instead (Jandar/Aquilla, Utgar/Valkrill, Einar/Ullar/Vydar). Those are just my suggestions for pairs, we can do what GenCon did or whatever feels right.

What about the wrong combos? Instead of Utgar/Valkrill, General Wars could be Valkrill/Jandar, Ullar/Vydar, Utgar/Aquilla/Einar or something similar :P

I do like the combination better than straight General Wars, but weren't there obvious combos for each combo at GenCon? Also, Utgar + anything-other-than-Valkrill just has way too many units.

Maybe something along the lines of "must include cards [or X points] from at least X generals?"

We could do coalition wars, you need at least 50 points from each of the 7 generals.

I was thinking more like 100/4. If people have a preference one way or another, let's figure it out.

EDIT: I'm thinking at least 4 generals with at least 100 points each. Army total 530 points maximum (so every figure can be played, even Bramcephys and a trio of 100-point cards from other generals, for example), 18 spaces maximum.

OK, since we've only got a few days until the event, I'm making the call on the format:

530 points, 18 figure limit, VC allowed.
Must include figures from at least four generals.
Must include at least 100 points from each general.

Can everyone bring their entire collections so that William, the Ash brothers, and possibly Micah will have something to play with? My stuff is in chaos and I won't be bringing anything else other than my own army...which I haven't put together yet.
