Do we have any criminal sidekicks? I thought part of the allure here was tha you could chain these guys in a Waller build.

Someone mentioned Parasite in a Waller build as having potential. There was another criminal that was mentioned as well.

Rick Flag Jr. is basically a must with her. Vulture and Deadshot are also very good, just to give some starting points.

Parasite and Purple Man are both good combos, because neither minds giving up an attack.

I think that version of the Criminal Swarm power works now to prevent Croc from using his death roll power and still getting the bonding. Well-done.

R1: Multiplex moves up, VUlture carries Rick and Ragdoll clings along also. Purple Man moves up. Ben Reed and Sue move up. All but Waller move up, with Vulture’s grab, Ragdoll, and Flag’s Coordinator. Johnny misses Vulture. Multiplex hits Sue for 2 wounds, Parasite misses his Drain. Vulture move Purple Man into range, carrying Ragdoll also, and misses an attack. Johnny Flame Ons Parasite for 2 wounds, and Reed kills him!

R2: Vulture grabs Sue and drops her on low ground, dealing a wound. Multiplex misses their attacks, and Purple Man misses his roll. Reed walks over Multiplex and hits Purple Man for 2 wounds. Rick misses Thing, and most Vulture, who grabs Sue and drops her in a bad spot. Multiplex misses Ben and Sue, but Purple Man captures Reed! Thing disengages Multiplex, taking a wound, but he smashes Purple Man! Ragdoll kills Sue. Vulture Grabs Johnny and drops him on low ground, then hits him for 4 wounds!

R3: Vulture grabs and misses Ben, and Ragdoll kills Johnny. Ben kills Flag in one hit! Vulture and Ragdoll pick away at Ben, and Reed kills Vulture.

R4: Ragdoll kills Ben! Multiplex swarms Reed and deal a wound.

R5: Reed kills Ragdoll. Multiplex hits Reed for a wound, and Reed can’t hurt them.

R6: Multiplex hits Reed for 2 wounds! Multiplex kills Reed!



Who won? List figures remaining in the winning army (include life remaining for heroes): Amanda Waller with 0 wounds and all Multiplex alive.

R1:Parasite and Multiplex moves up. Cyclops kills a Multiplex. Multiplex moves up, and Scarecrow fear gasses Cyclops, Jean, and Angel. Crippling terror affects them all! So Beast and Iceman are the only ones that can move. Beast misses a Multiplex, and Iceman shoots another, which duplicates! The Hood moves up.

R2: Hood shoots Cyclops for 2 wounds, and Multiplex swarms Cyclops. Prof. X uses his shield to stop the bonding turn, afraid Scarecrow would gas them all since they’re too clumped together. Angel flies Prof X farther away, and Cyclops misses an Optic blast on all targets. Hood kills Cyclops, Multiplex misses Prof. X, puts 2 on Jean, and 1 on Beast. Parasite hits Beast for a wound. Jeans throws and kills a Multiplex, and shoots Hood for a wound. Beast misses a big whirlwind assault completely. Hood hits Beast for a wound, Multiplex hits Prof X for a wound, and Scarecrow gasses Prof, but it fails to stop him. Beast hits Hood and Parasite for a wound. Jean hits Hood for a wound.

R3: Beast hits Hood for a wound and Parasite for 2 wounds! Jean kills Hood, and that team’s OM #1! Beast kills Parasite, but duplicates Multiplex. Jean throws and kills a Multiplex, then shoots Scarecrow for 2 wounds. Other OMs were on Parasite so the Criminal are pretty screwed! Jean kills Scarecrow.

R4: Wizard misses Beast. Beast is blocked by Wizard’s Force Field. Jean kills a Multiplex. Wizard misses Beast. Beast hits Wizard for a wound. Wizard deals a wound to Beast. Beast kills Wizard and Multiplex Duplicates from Jean’s attack.

R5: Prof X blocks Multiplex’s 3 skull attack on Jean. She throws and kills one. She kills the last one with her normal attack.



Who won? List figures remaining in the winning army (include life remaining for heroes): Prof X with 2 wounds, Jean with 2 wounds, Beast with 4 wounds, and Angel and Iceman unwounded.

THOUGHTS ON THE TESTED UNIT'S COST, BALANCE, & DRAFTABILITY:
Feels balanced to me! If I would adjust it at all, I'd err a little bit higher. They're a super solid squad that I could see myself grabbing if I had an extra 100 points in nearly ANY army, much like Dick Grayson Robin. They're great as clean-up figures, unless you're facing some auto-wounders. Obviously they're better with Criminals. The Hood really loves them to set up big chains. Pair them with Scarecrow and they're pretty scary, but fairly fragile.

GENERAL THOUGHTS ON THE TESTED UNIT:
The first game was a bit messy as I said elsewhere, but the second game was a lot of fun. The army I put together has some serious potential, and I really thought they would have a really quick victory, but they had some bad luck all of a sudden and lost their big players all in a row. All of those figures complimented each other in great ways. Like I said the Hood really loves them, and Wizard helps their mobility too. Great stuff.
