That was my default feeling as well. Didn't know if that would fly or not, but Ruthless sounds great.

Figures roll 1 fewer defense dice when defending against this special attack. After Batman attacks with this special attack, if he rolled at least one skull, he may move up to 3 spaces and attack with this special attack one additional time. If Batman is engaged when he begins this move, he will not take any leaving engagement attacks.

After moving and before attacking with Batman, you may destroy any number of Glyphs of Remotely-Detonated Bomb that was placed by this power.

BRUTAL DOUBLE ATTACK
When Batman attacks with an adjacent normal attack, he may attack one additional time. After each adjacent normal attack with Batman, if he inflicted one or more wounds on the defending figure and that figure has only one Life remaining, roll an unblockable attack die against that figure.

I'd make him a Revolutionary, and also give him some kind of "You'll never take me alive!" type thing. I imagine Red Son Superman would have his mind-control chips, and Bats should be able to choose death over becoming a slave.

Thomas Wayne has a cool SA and initiative/defense power. Are the bat gadgets really a big part of his character though? Honestly asking as I don't know the comic arc, only saw him in the Flashpoint cartoon movie appearance. In that he seemed more like a Punisher character who wore the Batsuit. It's been a while since I watched that so I may be forgetting his reliance on smoke pellets and stuff.
