I've Got Your Back probably needs chain shut off language, whether it's ending the turn after the activation or specifying no additional activations this turn.
C3G can be played with official Heroscape, but it's not recommended.

Discussion in Misty's thread has some of us realising in the long run Luke's chain bonding should probably be turned off with a "no additional activations". Punisher works on attack phases so I don't think this affects anything, just futureproofing turnhacks.

@Yodaking mentioned in Misty Knights thread that this was a possible change for Luke Cage, he's been the core of the Fighter builds so I don't think it would affect much currently.
