Stop and reload my save twice and got a female one level 15. Working that up to evolve into the Vespiquen at level 21. I was severely disappointed by Roserade but i may have just given it a wrong move set!? My Vespiquen is great so far.

Hmm I use the Budew mainly for paralyzing and sucking energy down on Pokemon I want to catch.
I have a level 24 Vespiquen now and it seems like a great Pokemon so far too.
