Would I want it to be everything I love...sure...but that's just not realistic so I'm going to focus on finding things that will make me unhappy and work on fixing those. |

Re: The Book of Court of Owls
A six figure squad! Wow! That's awesome. Glad to see these guys represented.

Re: The Book of Court of Owls
Currently, it's just the Talons. But it's definitely intentional that it's left open for future designs.

Re: The Book of Court of Owls
Yep. And it should especially work well if we get a bunch of Unique Hero Talons to go with the Uncommons.
C3G can be played with official Heroscape, but it's not recommended.

Re: The Book of Court of Owls
Thank you! Based on the wording that’s what I had assumed, but I wanted to make sure I wasn’t missing any cards that currently are released. I look forward to trying these all out.

I could have just worded the power to look for 'Heroes named Talon' but I wanted to keep it open for other 'name synergy' because I like oddball pairings. I like the idea that they can work with whoever as long as those people adhere to a 'dress code' of some kind. The most likely sources of new candidates beyond Talons are: -New Uncommon Assassins, they'll automatically work with those. -An Assassin Batman (like from a weird Elseworld or whatever) or another figure with something like Lady Shiva's turn Vigilantes to Assassins power. There are already a bunch of Batmen with different SIs that can be Assassins, so it's a relatively easy one to hit. -A new Unique Hero Assassin that shares a name, but either doesn't share a SI or does have the Crossover Symbol, with either an Assassin or Vigilante Unique Hero already made (other than Batman). Looking at the lists this seems unlikely at the moment. We probably have a better chance of seeing two brand new Assassins that happen to have the same name than seeing a match to an old one right now really. So yeah, if anyone wants to see more toys for the Court to play with, start designing Uncommon Assassins or Assassin Batmen! Re: The Book of Court of Owls
If the uncommon Talon's should work with that Assassin Command power, shouldn't the power be "... up to two Uncommon Assassin Heroes you control with the same name ... " instead of "Unique Assassin Heroes" Those Talons are Uncommon, not unique. Or if both Uncommon and Unique should work, then be worded ""... up to two Uncommon OR Unique Assassin Heroes you control with the same name ... "

Re: The Book of Court of Owls
Uncommon = Unique for special powers. That was half the point of creating the Uncommon distinction.

Ah ok ... that is a rule that has slipped my mind in the past then. Thanks!
