Character Bio - Little is known of the past of Russian mutant Arkady Gregorivich before he became a serial killer. Eventually captured, Arkady was turned over to the KGB who set about transforming him into the super-soldier code-named Omega Red. The procedure was interrupted by Team X, an elite covert operations unit consisting of mutant operatives Wolverine, Sabretooth, Maverick, and Wraith. Team X stole the Carbonadium Synthesizer, a device that was used to control Omega Red’s mutant power, and as a result the KGB placed Omega Red in suspended animation.

Omega Red may add 1 to his range when attacking a figure whose base is no more than 6 levels higher than his height or 6 levels lower than his base. When Omega Red Attacks, he may attack one additional time.

LIFE FORCE DRAIN 11
Each time Omega Red inflicts one or more wounds with his normal attack, you may roll the 20-sided die. If you roll 11 or higher, remove a Wound Marker from this Army Card. Androids and destructible objects are not affected by Life Force Drain 11.

DEATH FACTOR
At the end of each round, roll a single attack die. If a skull is rolled, place one Wound Marker on this card.

Looks good! It's cool to have a Mutant who fits into a different kind of faction (Criminal in this case). He looks beastly enough to stand up well to Wolverine, which is a good thing.
Just a small grammatical tweak here:

LIFE DRAIN
After moving and instead of attacking, you may choose up to 2 different small or medium figures within 2 clear sight spaces of Omega Red, whose bases are no more than 6 levels higher or lower than his base. Roll the 20-sided die once for each chosen figure. If you roll 13 or higher, the chosen figure receives one wound and you may remove one wound from this card.

Also, I'm pretty sure that needs a different name than Life Drain ... Maybe Life Force Drain?

You know I love this design. However, is he really a criminal? The faction is designed to handle an expensive Criminal, I just wasn,t sure on the theme.

Looking on Wikipedia, criminal does seem tenuous ... I think you could make arguments for Criminal, Soldier, Warrior, Agent, or Terrorist all.

He was a mass murderer that the Soviet government used to carry out evil deeds for Mother Russia.

He could fit a number of different classes as was mentioned. If the synergies are too much for him as a Criminal, my second pick would probably be Terrorist. I'm not sure what you guys have planned for Terrorist faction though.

I like Life Force Drain.

What about MURDERER or KILLER then?

Hmmm although true, it sounds a little grim. I'd prefer to stick to an existing class or if the synergies are just too much use something like Operative.

SIDE NOTE:
Before I did want to use Operative for Alpha Flight to allow bonding with Guardian. Maybe now that Nick Fury's card has been created we could decide if Alpha Flight could use the class of Agent or whether they would need a new class like Operative. I envisioned Guardian having a bonding power similar to Kingpin, he takes a turn with a Unique Agent (or Operative) Hero you control and then you take a turn with Guardian. I think we could stick with Agent for all the Alpha Flight heroes myself.

I dunno ... Terrorist could be kind of cool. I think Madame HYDRA and Baron von Strucker are currently the only two with Terrorist synergies, and neither are helping this guy too much.

Personally, I prefer Soldier. He was to Soviet Communist Russia what Sabretooth, Wolverine, and Maverick were to the freedom-loving world powers.
