SONIC SCREWDRIVER
Start the game with the Glyph of Sonic Screwdriver on this card. The Doctor cannot lose this glyph by receiving wounds.

SPANNER IN THE WORKS
When an opponent’s figure within 2 clear sight spaces of The Doctor rolls attack dice, they must re-roll 2 of the dice that showed skulls once. If the opponent’s figure rolls no skulls, they receive a wound.

"RUN!"
If The Doctor is attacked and at least 1 skull is rolled, you may roll the 20-sided. If you roll 1-9, roll defense dice normally. If you roll a 10 or higher, The Doctor takes no damage and he and all figures you control adjacent to him may immediately move up to 4 spaces. A figure can only Run if they end their move not adjacent to any enemy figures.

REGENERATE
You may draft this figure into the same army with any other Doctor figures that do not have the personality of Charming. Choose which figure will start the game on the battlefield. You can only control one Doctor figure on the battlefield at a time. Start the game with a yellow Regeneration Marker on this card. If the Doctor receives enough wounds to be destroyed, you may remove a Regeneration Marker from this card to either remove all Wound Markers from this card and the Doctor is not removed from the battlefield, or you may switch this Doctor with another Doctor you control that has not been destroyed and then destroy this Doctor.

THE FIRST
When the Doctor is destroyed, you may place this figure on the card of any other Doctor figure you control. Anytime that figure or an adjacent, friendly figure is attacked by an opponent's figure and at least 1 skull is rolled, instead of rolling defense dice normally, you may remove the Doctor from that figure’s card and ignore that attack.

WEARING A BIT THIN/DELICATE HEALTH
At the end of each round, if this card has any wound markers on it, roll a single attack die. If a skull is rolled, place one wound marker on this card.

I've met guys who are sure George Lucas stile every idea in Star Wars from Doctor Who.

Yep, flying is pretty recent mostly because of special effects cost.Looking at the suggestions I would try something like this.

FLYING

I like Steadfast as the 3rd power. Is that a reused power from somewhere else?

I’m interested in what people think of the species. I like Dalek because;
-It gives a simple keyword for other Daleks to synergize with
-Daleks shouldn’t really be able to get hit by the Sonic Screwdriver
-I feel Daleks are advanced enough to not be affected by most powers that affect cyborgs
-Daleks shouldn’t really synergize too well with things that aren’t Daleks, unless they’re using another race as pawns

But on the other hand, Daleks are technically cyborgs (they’re also technically mutants but let’s not go there) so cyborg is an accurate label.

FLYING

Okay so how about this? I went with just the 15+ roll because it just feels more thematic.

I didn't notice it until now but I really liked Tornado's change of the move to 3. They're slow tanks, but flying will allow them to go up elevations.

I personally prefer the autoshield power vs the ignore wounds power on them. It just feels more like armor to me, but I'm flexible either way.

I'm really liking this. Sure, it's a very very simple design, but it's not like Daleks are complex characters.

What price point could these guys be at? I originally though of them as around ~200 but really they could go higher or lower.

Didn't they open a Dalek up and discover there was a tiny little creature driving the machine or was that from something else I saw?

First response! Yeah, the Daleks are actually little mutants driving around in tanks. Think Krang from Ninja Turtles.

Hmm, feels like they should have a chance to just vaporize people with one blast. Maybe an auto-wounding D20 power that does like 2 or 3 wounds if it hits? That's a mechanic I've been toying with the idea of lately (most auto-wounding powers just do one wound or not).

They should also be hard to hit, so I like the armor. They're hard to negotiate with - maybe something that resists OM removal?

I'd just give them straight up flying. They pretty much float as high as they want and fly through the sky during invasions, don't they?

Seems like they tend to swarm a bit, so nothing that allows you to move multiples together seems odd.

I like that a lot. They kill a human or Time Lord in 1 hit usually, but I thought that might come off a bit too powerful. Maybe a bit of resistance on figures that have superstrength?

That's a very good idea too, definitely something to throw on there if there's room.

That's very much a "New Who" thing, but those are probably the most iconic version at this point so that could totally work.

I was hoping to throw in some Dalek leadership, be it a Black Dalek, Dalek Emperor, Or Davros himself.
