Fast game, attacks were strong and defense never showed up for either team. Attackers rolled skulls at over 60%, and defenders rolled shields at 20%. Ms Marvel went down in round 1, Cap in round 2, Deathstroke and Slingshot in round 3. The Multi-turn, boosted attacks of the Sinister Six were just too much.

Tactical Diversion: Used twice, round 2 Omega Red put 3 wounds on Beast and Round 3, leading to 2 more wounds on Beast removing him from the game.

Back and forth game, but the X-men ran out of firepower in the end.
Rd 1 – Mostly some moving around, Cyclops moved in aggressively to try and take out Cable but unfortunately it backfired and he went down to attacks from both Cable and Deathstroke.
Rd 2 - Beast started the round out but taking away an order marker from Deathstroke, and Firestar followed it up with a 4 wound special attack on Deathstroke. Cable was able to flank around and take two shots at an exposed Professor X taking him out with a double attack. That killed order marker 2 and 3 for the mutants. That allowed Omega Red to attack Beast assisted by Deathstroke revealing an X-marker, beast took 3 wounds.
Rd 3 – Deathstroke started the round out by revealing an X-marker and attacking Beast, he then healed a wound and attacked a second time killing Beast. With Beast dead order marker 1 was lost. Deathstroke attacked Firestar doing 3 wounds, she was carried away by Angel before Deathstroke could attack her again. Not killing Firestar was unlucky because Cable and Deathstroke were lined up of a Firestar special attack, unfortunately for them she rolled 7 skulls taking both heavy hitters out! Omega Red was able to sweep in and take Firestar out, but took a wound from Iceman to end the round.
Rd 4 – Omega takes out Iceman. Jean puts a wound on Omega.
Rd 5 – Jean hit Omega for 2 wounds. Omega was able to get past Jeans defenses and put her away.
Rd 6 and 7 – Omega Red and Taskmaster spent the next two rounds chasing down Angel, not being able to take advantage of their multi-attacks. At the end of round 7 Angel went down for good.

THOUGHTS ON THE TESTED UNIT'S COST, BALANCE, & DRAFTABILITY: Deathstroke has a lot going on for 275 points. The points seems right to me. Not a ton of synergy for him. He does work well with Omega Red. Taskmaster could be another option too. I'd like to see how he would do with an order Marker hub like Baron Zemo 170, you could have order marker flexibility and it might help with Deathstrokes X-marker set up.

GENERAL THOUGHTS ON THE TESTED UNIT: I like Deathstroke v2, he offers quite a bit of options: 6 range, auto skull or whirlwind attack, x-marker power to lower defense, ability to heal and take an extra turn, all great. Deathstroke did go down in both games, but part of that is due to the fact that you want him in the action, preferably engaged with multiple figures. In both games he was hit by big attacks, so even with his Shrug It Off power, 5 life and 6 defense, its still hard to overcome 7 skull attacks. I wonder with his current lack of good synergy if he doesn't hit my table very often. Version 1 alomost never does for the same reason. Both are great units, but are tough to fit in for me. I can't find any changes I would suggest for the unit.

Deathstroke reveals his “X” next to Superman. Reverse Flash Phase Attacks Superman for a wound and then runs away.
Superman fails to hit Deathstroke. Reverse Flash sheds a marker and Lex moves adjacent to Supes and hits for an unblockable.
Reverse Flash uses Phase Attack to put another wound on Superman.

Unit Summary: Deathstroke managed to stay in that 3-4 wound range against Batman and Wonder Woman and used his powers combined with Lex’s boost to assassinate the heroes. Reverse Flash used his powers early to tear apart Superman. The Legion of Doom rolled fairly hot overall but also seemed stronger and more cohesive as a bunch even without Joker providing any use in this one.

Round 3: Lex Luthor sheds a marker. Initiative Legion of Doom. Grodd sheds a marker and advances. Deathstroke attacks Plastic Man and takes a wound from Rubbery Rebound, which he shrugs off and after a tactical diversion attacks Plastic Man again, but takes another Rubbery Rebound wound.
Plastic Man attacks Deathstroke and catches his whiffing for one wound. Green Arrow sheds a marker and KO’s Deathstroke.
Grodd attacks Plastic Man but Plastic Man ignores the wound.
Green Arrow snipes Gorilla Grodd for three wounds.
Grodd takes a swipe from Plastic Man and engages Green Arrow (Plastic Man sticks with him as well). Grodd KO’s Green Arrow in a double attack.
