So the D20 decides which effect takes place first?

In my description, I meant to have Luke's escape and 4-Lom's knockback be simultaneous, therefore unresolved. Does Luke run away and then fall down, or fall down and then run away?

Since in the Concussion power happens after defense is rolled for and IHtRY occurs before defense is rolled, the result should be that Luke runs and then gets knocked down.

Yep, 4-LOM does need a partner to be useful. On the bright side, if 4-LOM's partner dies in the middle of a match, 4-LOM gets to keep his Bounty attack bonus.

We talked in the Sanctum about, in the far future, possibly making a version of 4-LOM representing his solo bounty hunting career.

I ran one game on Hotstepper, and noted that the opposing Vader purposefully stood 2+ spaces from lava. Porkins ran 3 games on Sear and there weren't any lava dunks. Concussion Rifle was used for knocking figures off of height/road, but it's such an unreliable weapon you're just as likely to waste your attack.

Still 9 range to move a figure far away is pretty sweet and it's not like you have to give up your attack to do it nor are you likely to be revealing the OM on him.

~Dysole, noting that in C3G you have to pay (either by sacrificing an attack or points and even then it's rarely certain) most of the time for figure movement. HoSS needs to be careful before they have too many figures that get to move people for free.
