How does this look:

Start the game with 5 Glyphs of Spot on this card. Before moving, you may either:
* Choose up to 2 Glyphs of Spot within 4 spaces of Spot and place them
on this card or on any empty spaces within 4 spaces of Spot; or
* Place any or all Glyphs of Spot from this card power-side up onto empty spaces within 4 spaces of Spot.
When Spot would be destroyed, remove up to 5 Glyphs of Spots from the battlefield and place them on this card. There can never be more than 5 Glyphs of Spot on this card at a time.
Wording feels a little word, anyone got a better suggestion? @Ronin

I believe we usually word it more like "When Spot would receive enough wounds to be destroyed, remove all Glyphs of Spot placed by Spot Portals 5 from the battlefield and place them on this card"

I think one thing in consideration here is the mirror test. Are you expected to track which of these glyphs are yours if there's more than one Spot in play? You definitely shouldn't be removing the glyphs of another Spot (or not all the glyphs if there are two Spots).
C3G can be played with official Heroscape, but it's not recommended.

Looking at the playtest results (one really close loss, a wider loss, and a wider win) I'm not sure why the drop in price by 20 points?

Because I didn't feel Spot was the one contributing and making up his points. I'm pretty open on points, but 130 felt good to me to send him out to public.
