We're really bad with animal species. I think we tend toward vagueness, honestly, on a factional basis - Dinosaur, Rodent, Simian, Shark. But I think Amphibian being for "fish people" places it in a weird place, so I'm fine going with Frog here. Things that effect actual amphibians probably shouldn't be affecting Abe Sapien.

Frog has broadness on the level of Rodent, Simian, and Shark, whereas Amphibian is more on the level of Mammal, Reptile, and Fish, so, yeah, Frog makes sense here, IMO.
C3G can be played with official Heroscape, but it's not recommended.

The first four sentences of paragraph one feel incredibly staccato, and could be massively improved by being fused into two or three with connective phrases.
