Heroscape in Albany 11/10/12

Hey everyone - short notice, but tomorrow we'll be playing Heroscape at the Schenectady Wargamer's Association location at the Studio for Bridge and Games, in Schenectady, NY. You can check here http://www.swa-gaming.org/node/20 for more info. We'll have three maps going from 11am to 4pm, just casual gaming in the Capital region.

There is a fee to play at the SWA, all the details are on the website - but feel free to drop by!

FYI - the turnout at the SWA game-a-thon was awesome! As soon as Dan and I walked in the door, our slots had already been signed up for. This could be very good for getting people into playing in Albany, and for getting some tournament entries. We will be doing this every time the SWA hosts a game-a-thon, which is once a month, the second Saturday of the month.

Next month we'll have three maps available for play, and if the interest stays high, we are looking at also having a larger tournament at the Council of Five Nations Game Con next year. Stay tuned.

My son (Orc Elf Army One) and I live in northern CT and are interested in any tournaments in the Albany area. Interest is lagging in New England, but Albany/Schnectedy area is close enough. If you can give advance notice, we should be able to make some of your tourneys.
