I don't know much about it, but I heard that you see it in Odin's treasure room in Thor. Haven't watched it since though so I don't know for sure that's true...

I'm hoping Thanos plays a small part in all the phase 2 movies, behind the scenes. It would be awesome if Captain America just got a glimpse of Thanos flying out of the corner of his eye or something, wondering "who's that?".

No matter what they do, I'm ready for Phase 2.

This isn't exactly movie news but it does tie directly into the Marvel Studio Universe. If you had not heard already, Marvel announced some time ago that they were going to be putting a live action SHIELD TV show on the air soon and none other then Josh Whedon will have his hands all over it so it should be pretty good. It will follow the adventures of some SHIELD Agents and so far big name comic heroes & villains (ie. the ones they want to put in their movies) are not expected to play much if any roll in it. However, this weekend they dropped the news that Agent Phil Coulson will be leading the series and he will still be played by Clark Gregg. So what does this mean? Will it be a prequel type series that takes place before the Avengers Movie, will they be bringing him back to life somehow, or did Nick Fury just lie about his death from the get go since we never did see his body? I guess I'll have to tune in to find out.

I figured it might be that, given the Marvel/Disney connection. Cool. ABC has shown the ability to handle big budget sci-fi well in the past (Lost/Alias) so as long as the writing can stay consistent (the only issue with those two) it could be a really good show. Whedon might make the difference. He's definitely had a good track record with TV shows in the past.

Other news out this weekend is that the Ant-Man movie has been assigned the official release date of Nov. 6, 2015. That is after the Avengers 2 movie is due out, currently planned for May of 2015. So not sure what that means for Hank. He may be introduced in Avengers 2, then getting a follow up solo movie, or he could be absent Avengers 2 entirely.

Good, they've got enough newbies in for Avengers 2 anyway. Avengers 3 Civil War can get Black Panther, Ant-Man, and all the others I hope.

True, it's looking like Avengers 2 will be an Avengers & Guardians of the Galaxy team up so that will be a pretty large cast of heroes to contend with. Then after Avengers 2, I'm sure the Guardians of the Galaxy will go their own way never to return.

It might be kind of cool to see the Hulk stay in the cosmos as well. Then they could give him a World War Hulk based story for his next movie, although with a different beginning. That would pave the way for some more characters to join up in Avengers 3 with the Hulk no longer on the team.
