The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Is Here

This must be a pretty anticipate book as while on vaca I saw a lot of folks reading Hunger Games, which was an easy ice breaker to start a conversation, and when I mention the 3rd book coming out shortly, they already knew.

I am completely in the minority with everyone I know that's read these books, but I think Gale and Katniss end up together. No Peeta, No way.

Oh, and they all just fawn over how awesome and fantastic Peeta is, yet, but I just don't see how a forced relationship can be the one. Otherwise, what's the purpose of having Gale in the book in the first place?

I know I don't know and can't wait to find out.

Obviously she ends up with Gale. The whole romance part of Hunger Games is the same as Twilight. The first introduced is always the one who will prevail.

Any predictions about who will die?

I'm thinking President Snow, Cinna, and maybe the Avox girl. I also am a little
worried that Peeta might sacrifice himself to save someone else.

What role will District thirteen play?

Will there be a 76th Hinger Games in any way, shape or form?

I predict her father is alive. I think the mine explosion was a cover, and he's been fighting in the rebellious district.

Also, it's been great to see how many of my students from last year are counting down the days until the release- some of them did not even read for pleasure before we read Hunger Games in class.
