I'd say 80 is good. The stats are slightly weaker than Ne-Gok-Sa and the ability is almost as unreliable and weaker even if it does hit. You may even go down to 70, since an OM on this guy really doesn't get you much. He's great for scenarios, but seems pretty weak in standard play. Also I think you meant to say "disorienting", it took me a minute to figure that one out.

Looks better. The stats need realigned, and you could probably enlarge the ability name a little, other than that it looks pretty good.

I enlarged the special power heading text, and centered the stats.

Stats look better. What font are you using for the ability name? It still looks kind of funny.
