1 - per the rules and official FAQs, Leaving Engagement Attacks are not considered to be "attacks" for the purposes of special powers, unless otherwise and specifically stated.

2 - The curse negation happens on the "cursed figure's turn", in your case, on Captain America's turn. That negation is over at the end of his turn, not player's turn.

So now her hex disturbance doesn't effect leaving engagement attacks? Cause the card says when attack dice are rolled against her... I still roll an attack dice when taking a leaving engagement attack... but I'm quite the rule follower myself so I'm not liable to disagree with you.

Well truthfully William, the way the card is worded, Hex should work against leaving engagement attacks only because there is no mention of an attack in the power, only rolling attack dice. For the Hex not to work the wording should be:

"After an opponent rolls attack diceagainst Scarlet Witch during an attack..."

That would make it clear that it wouldn't work against leaving engagements because that's not considered to be an attack, like Griff pointed out.

Yep, anytime a power references attacks or attack dice, it is, by official Hasbro ruling, not including Leaving Engagement attacks. They are not considered "attacks" for the purposes of other special powers - never have been, and still aren't.

You'd probably want something more like "when an opponent attacks Scarlet Witch" .... but I think "rolling attack dice" is pretty much understood to be an attack, even if we do actually roll them for other powers at times.

I read the FAQ and fully understand that scenario, however when Wolverine reveals OM1, has his powers negated & takes a turn, then what happens with his end of turn healing?
