How big of a waterfall do you want? Royal Gardens by @Flash_19 technically qualifies, but there's only a 1-space elevation difference.
I had forgotten about Royal Gardens so thank you for that! If there is one with a bigger waterfall I would love that suggestion as well.
Turret Rocks, or Turret Rocks: Jungle Edition.
Turret Rocks may be in BoV, but it's a terrible tournament map.
He's asking for a tournament map with a Waterfall. They're all going to be terrible.

That being said, the Jungle edition is much better than the original.

I already answered this question elsewhere, but for the next person that comes looking I recommended Grutsbane Pass by Dignan. It's not a map for the most competitive tournaments, but I have used it for casual events. It is quite beautiful and fun to play. I use Wannok instead of Astrid for it, though.
