The figure used for this unit is a Heroclix figure from the Fantastic Forces set.
Its model number and name are #028-030 / Shocker.
_________________________________________________________________
Character Bio - Herman Schultz was born in New York City. He was a high school dropout who had brilliant talents as both an inventor and an engineer. Instead of using such talents to gain legitimate employment, he became a successful burglar and (according to him in later stories) the world's best safe-cracker. After finally being caught and incarcerated for his crimes, he developed a pair of gauntlets designed to shoot air blasts, vibrating at high frequency.

Schultz used his gauntlets to escape from prison and became the supervillain known as "The Shocker".

VIBROSHOCK KNOCKBACK
When Shocker attacks using his normal attack, he may attack one additional time. After an opponent rolls defense dice against Shocker's normal attack, if the defending figure is within 4 clear sight spaces of Shocker, you may Knockback the defending figure by placing it on an empty space up to X spaces from its current position. X is equal to the number of skulls rolled in the attack. A figure moved by this special power never takes any leaving engagement attacks and cannot be placed closer to Shocker than its original placement. A figure moved by this special power can receive any falling damage that may apply.

SHOCKWAVE SPECIAL ATTACK
Range 3. Attack 5.
Destructible objects roll 4 fewer defense dice against this special attack. If Shocker destroys a destructible object with this special attack, all medium or large figures adjacent to that destructible object receive one wound.

RECOIL
After attacking with a normal or special attack, if you rolled a skull on every die and there are one or more Wound Markers on this card, Shocker receives one wound.

I think Griffin had mentioned giving him a class of Thief before and I thought that would be pretty fitting because he's typically using his gauntlets to break into banks.

What would you think about combining his powers a bit to make him a 2 power card?

I like those changes a lot, GP, and they address some of the power concerns I had with Shock Wave extremely well.

C3G can be played with official Heroscape, but it's not recommended.

I don't mind those changes. But I am not sure why Evergreen Trees & Warehouse walls & the likes should be exempt from the shockwave. They are some of the main things I would be targeting .

Honestly, the auto destroy aspect is what had me worried. I'm cool either way with the size designation. As long as we realize that wound stacking can add serious amounts to the power levels here (taking two wounds for an adjacent battlement, for example).

It was only auto destroy on DOs that had a life of 5 or less. That's his power though, it destroys buildings.

There's no guarantee that a figure that is up to 4 spaces away has a straight line away from Shocker. Probably need to use the "no closer than" language from Iron Man.

I know that I do not know.

The size designation was only in reference to all adjacent figures receiving an auto wound.

That way you won't double up on wounds for battlements or trees.

Ok with the clarity that the DOs receiving the wound from the destroyed DO & with the wording change to Vibroshock Gauntlets (from Iron Man) this is what I think we are looking at now:
