MARS HeroScaping

NO, we're not playing HeroScape on another planet, but as random players from New Jersey began connecting with those in eastern Pennsylvsania, and that group expanded to include others from southeastern New York, Maryland, Delaware, and even the District of Columbia and northern Virginia... someone suggested that we call ourselves the "Mid-Atlantic Region 'Scapers" (or M.A.R.S. for short, for the obvious inference to the ancient Roman god of war and thus war gaming), so we recently adopted this title.

We have about 20 - 30 dedicated gamers who are endeavoring to keep Heroscape alive in our area by scheduling monthly tournaments, which occur in a variety of locations within the territories I mentioned above. The details for each event can be found on the EVENTS FORUM with the key words: "M.A.R.S.", "MD," "NJ," or "PA," somewhere within the title. It's usually an OPEN INVITATION to anyone who wants to participate, because you will only hear about it here on HeroScapers.Com, and therefore we expect the finest quality good gamesmanship to be displayed.
