I've always just editted mine into a still shot, I don't even know how man frames my avatar is. Can anyone tell me if it would be possible?

In Internet Explorer (and maybe firefox, but I'm not sure) you can right click and view the image's properties and it will tell you how many frames it has.

How do you edit the frames of a gif?
I have access to Corel Photopaint, but when I open it, it only shows me frame 1.

With Photopaint it can be done but will probably look pretty lousy.

Maybe you could just edit the last frame and have the guy standing say "Happy Holidays from my foot to your face."

I was contemplating trying to put hats on his animated one but really it's some work as I haven't worked with animated gifs in a while. See what you can do, its fun to do.
