Do you have any insider tips for getting these particular figures if their bases? The AT-ST seems very attached to its base, as does the armored guulvorg (actually I think I can get him off with an exacto knife, it'll just take a long time). The purple gorgonites are from the Small Soldiers board game, and they are literally attached to their bases. Seriously, it's the same piece of plastic as they are.
Would a dremel be my last hope? I can't see that not marking up their feet, but I suppose it is only their feet. I might be able to do it with an exacto knife, but it would take hours per figure.

If you can go to Harbour Freight and get a Hobby Tool Kit, it's like a soldering iron with various tips including a flat tip that will cut through the plastic like butter.
