Star Trek feels like it'd be very hard to design for, as the franchise proper is more about exploration, diplomacy, ethics, etc. over straight up fighting (and a lot of the fighting there is is between ships). Supply the minis and someone could probably whip up some Borg and Klingon commons for you. Trying to design a card for, say, Picard would be very challenging though I imagine
