Mezzos are a corner case scenario. If you counted exos (which you shouldn't), would you just divide the 65 by 4? Let's say you bring 3x Mezzos. I agree that 6 Mezzos with 6 Exos is often not the same as 6 Mezzos with 0 Exos. However, 1 Mezzo with 5 Exos is not worth the same as 6 Mezzos with 0 Exos, yet it would be scored equivalently. Mezzos still lose hard to Special Attacks and auto-kills, and 1 Mezoo with 6 Exos is functionally the same as 1 Mezzo with no Exo in these matchups.

It's like the Krug argument; a corner-case scenario that doesn't really hold up when you examine it (a 1- life Krug is not equivalent to 6 Stingers, unless the Stingers player is really bad and lets him multi-engage).
